    • Process Innovation: Adopting advanced processes like ultra-thin copper foils and mSAP (Modified Semi-Additive Process) to create fine circuits while reducing copper usage and improving yield. Some manufacturers are also evaluating solutions like copper foil thinning.
    • Supply Chain Management: Signing long-term agreements with suppliers or hedging bulk raw materials like copper to stabilize costs.
  3. Global Capacity Layout and High-End Expansion: To be closer to international customers, diversify risks, and address the global shortage of high-end capacity, expansion into Southeast Asian countries like Thailand and Vietnam has become a common strategy for major Chinese PCB manufacturers. Concurrently, industry leaders are actively planning or building new high-end capacity worldwide.

In the short term, the tight supply and strong pricing trend for high-end, high-frequency, high-speed PCBs are expected to persist.
